Some restaurateurs looking to get in on the trend with a little less scrutiny have turned to private supper clubs that offer menus with upscale cannabis-infused dishes. CBD in food is still illegal at the federal level, while some states have it legal for recreational/medical purposes. For now, most restaurants that offer CBD-infused products are looking at beverages; for example, there are many CBD infused coffee shops!
